Sidetrade Acquires EzyCollect to Expand Order-to-Cash Solutions in APAC
Sidetrade has signed binding agreements to acquire 100% of EzyCollect, the Australian SaaS leader in Order-to-Cash (O2C) for small and mid-sized businesses. This acquisition gives Sidetrade immediate access to the Asia-Pacific market and strengthens its global agentic AI finance platform.
The deal, valued at around €37 million (including earn-outs), reflects Sidetrade’s intent to scale its reach, enrich its data lake, and deliver enhanced O2C capabilities across regions.
Why EzyCollect? What It Brings
EzyCollect is a notable player in Australia and New Zealand, serving more than 1,100 client companies and managing over A$19 billion in B2B receivables via its cloud platform.
In its market, EzyCollect is known for delivering tangible improvements: in typical deployments, customers see about 40% reduction in late payments and up to 80% drop in bad debt within 90 days.
Their O2C platform covers the full cycle credit risk, collections, payment portals and includes electronic payment features.
