Panerai Launches Submersible Navy SEALs Collection, Paying Homage to Special Forces

Well, this connection between the Italian brand and military divers is something that has been maintained throughout its existence. In modern times, this connection is reflected through collaborations with famous military units such as the Navy SEALs, with whom Panerai has just launched a new collection of four Submersible Navy SEALs best luxury replica watches.

Panerai Submersible QuarantaQuattro GMT Navy SEALs Carbotech

The second model is another Submersible QuarantaQuattro, but this time it shows off some of Panerai's high-tech materials. Specifically, the 44mm case and rotating bezel are made of Carbotech, Panerai's interpretation of carbon composite materials. The titanium Submersible Navy Seals Titanio watch measures 47mm in diameter, which is large by most standards and absolutely gargantuan in the modern era, which favours smaller, more retro sizes. But, as we’ve learned from looking back at Panerai’s history, it was this large size that historically made them attractive to the military, as it allowed for larger, more legible displays at a time when watches were generally smaller in size.

Notably, the bezel is made of carbon fiber rather than titanium, adding an extra layer of lightweight material. It also blends in aesthetically with the gradient dial of the GMT version mentioned above. Last but by no means least is the Submersible Chrono Navy SEALs Titanio, another 47mm titanium watch. This one, however, features a black DLC coating, giving it a stealthier, more tactical aesthetic. On top of that, the bezel is made of ceramic, doubling the scratch resistance of the DLC coating, creating a watch that can withstand anything it throws at it. In terms of functionality, being a Chrono edition, it is of course equipped with a chronograph. Technically, it is a redesigned regatta timer with a military aesthetic.
