Hello, I thought I would relate a very good experience my friends and I had at the Emirates Airlines office in Philadelphia. We were organizing a long-planned group holiday to the UAE and felt it would be simpler to deal with the booking process personally. It was the correct choice! The office is in a good location, and as soon as we entered, we were met with smiles. Although we were five in number (which is normally where the problems begin), the staff didn't bat an eyelid. They got right to work in assisting us to determine the most suitable flight times, seating arrangements, and ticket prices within our budget. What actually impressed us most was the patience and care of the Emirates staff.
